Maintenance Features

Routine Cleaning and Maintenance:

  • Ensure the charging cable is not connected and the e-scooter is powered off before cleaning.
  • Wipe the e-scooter with a soft damp cloth.
  • Do not use alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, or other corrosive/volatile chemical solvents for cleaning.
  • Do not use a water cannon to clean the e-scooter.
  • Avoid water or other liquids entering the e-scooter's internal electronics.
  • Do not disassemble, repair, modify, or change the structural design of the e-scooter independently.
  • Refer to your local retailer for replacement parts or authorized after-sale offices for repairs.
  • Regularly check and re-tighten self-tightening nuts and fastenings.

Adjusting the Brake Disc: If the brake is too tight, use a hex wrench to counterclockwise screw the brake disc tensioner pulley, slightly increasing the length of the tail brake cable. If the brake is too loose, loosen the tension pulley, pull the brake cable to slightly shorten its length, then tighten the tension pulley.

Adjusting the Handlebar: To adjust the staggering of the steering rack, use a hex wrench to tighten two screws near the folding mechanism.

Battery Charging:

  • Charge the battery before first use.
  • Stop riding and charge the battery when the power indicator shows very low energy or the warning indicator (5) turns on.
  • Recharge after each ride to extend battery service life.
  • Charge in a safe, dry, and clean environment.
  • The kickscooter must be powered off during charging.
  • Do not charge overnight or when unable to observe the e-scooter.

  • Only use the original charger.
  • Do not charge if the temperature is below 0°C.
  • Do not attempt to open the battery or insert objects inside it.

  • Charge the battery every 2 months, even if the kickscooter is not used.
  • Charging time is around 4-5 hours. Too long charging time will affect battery life.
  • When the indicator light turns green, the battery is fully charged. Stop charging to prevent reduced battery life.
  • Recommended charging temperature: 0°C ~ 40°C. Humidity level during charge: 5%~95%.

Storage of the Electric Kickscooter:

  • Ensure the battery is fully charged before long-term storage.
  • Charge the battery every 2 months.
  • Do not store the kickscooter below 0°C.
  • Store in a dry and cool indoor place, ideally in its original packaging or covered to protect from dust.
  • Avoid long-term sunlight exposure, overheating, or over-cooling environments, as these can accelerate the aging of the product, wheels, and battery.
