Is it better to use this product before or after

A7 We recommend that the product be used after
applying your skin care products. After use, wipe
off any lotion or cream residue with a cloth, then
gently wipe the product with the included Cleaning
Cloth.

an exfoliant or cream containing sulfur

A8 No. Doing so may cause discoloration, deterioration,
or damage to the product.

A9 As you will feel the sensation fully without using
much force, move it gently and slowly, without
