Rules for Free Repairs
1. If this product fails within the warranty period when used correctly in accordance with the
precautions in the instruction manual, repairs will be provided free of charge. (Excluding
accessories.)
a ) When requesting a free repair, bring the warranty certificate and the product to the store
of purchase and present them with your request.
b ) If the store of purchase cannot provide free repairs, please contact your local agent
customer service station or importer.
2.
Even within the warranty period, repairs will be charged a fee in the following cases:
a ) Product damage due to incorrect use, inappropriate repair, disassembly, or modification.
b ) Product damage due to transport or dropping after purchase.
c ) Product damage due to fire, earthquake, water damage, lightning, other natural disasters,
or pollution
d ) Product damage that occurs when loaded onto an automobile, ship, or other vehicle.
e ) When the warranty certificate is not presented
