FILLING HELM STEERING RESERVOIR
FILLING HELM HYDRAULIC STEERING FLUID
FILL PLUG
ere is a ll plug located at the starboard helm used to
add hydraulic uid to the steering system. ere is a hose
kit used to ll the system. Note that Sea Star Solutions
recommends Seastar Hydraulic Steering Fluid for use
with the ller kit.
Any non-approved uid may cause serious damage to
the steering system resulting in possible loss of steering,
causing property damage, personal injury or death.
Contact your closest Regal dealer or marine professional
for system lling instructions since the steering system
may need to be purged of air by opening bleed ttings
as the wheel is turned port and/or starboard.
TYPICAL HYDRAULIC STEERING FILL KIT
AVOID SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH!
THE OPERATOR OF THE CRAFT
MUST HAVE COMPLETE CONTROL
OF THE HELM STEERING STATION
WHILE THE VESSEL IS MOVING.
NEVER LEAVE
THE HELM STATION UNATTENDED
WHILE THE VESSEL IS MOVING.
