• Use the cool tip if you need to get a better grip of the unit without
having to grip the heated barrel and clamping tong. The swivel cord
ensures you can turn the unit easily without getting tangled.
Note: The tightness of the curl is determined by how tightly you wrap the
hair around the barrel and how long you hold the set in place.
• Hold the clamping tong for 10 to 20 seconds, depending on the texture
and length of your hair.
• To release the curl, simply press the clamping tong and remove the
barrel from the curl. The ceramic coating will ensure that the hair
slides smoothly from the barrel.
• After removing the barrel from your hair, wrap the ringlet around your
finger and secure it with a bobby pin.
• Allow the curls to cool fully before styling, as this ensures a long-
lasting style. When the curls have cooled (allow approximately 5 – 10
minutes) unpin and comb through with your fingers.
• Complete your style with a finishing balm or spray.
