1. Care
• Never use any aggressive cleaning agents (sol-
vents / scouring agents).
• Clean perspex and frame using a damp cloth
and mild soap solution, if necessary use spe-
cial cleaner (at your own risk). Ensure no wa-
ter penetrates mechanical parts.
• When washing the vehicle, ensure the jet of
water is not directed at the roof window. The-
re is an air gap between the dome and frame )
forced ventilation) (D1) through which water
could enter the interior of the vehicle.
• The rubber gasket has to be cleaned once a
year with a customary caring product, which
is also used for the rubber gasket of car doors.
Make this cleaning preferably before the be-
ginning of the cold season.
• Clean insect net and curtain using a soft
brush, if necessary use a damp cloth.
• Occasionally clean the drain apertures and
bags of lifting device (see D2).
2. Maintenance / repair
If you notice that the crank is
stiff or cannot be moved at all,
do not apply force. Check whe-
ther there is something jamming
the dome. In the event of
damage, contact your dealer.
The lifting system is designed to be maintenance-
free.

sible in case required.
