Do not use the portable power pack if any cable clamp or cord is
damaged.
Do not short circuit the unit. Don’t touch the clamps to any conductive
material.
Always wrap the cables back into position and store the clamps properly.
If your Rescue portable power pack requires service, follow the directions
in the warranty section. Do not attempt to repair the unit or replace parts.
Unauthorized repairs will void your warranty.
Check vehicle battery terminals before using the power pack; clean them
if necessary.
After approximately 10 seconds of continuous cranking, if the disabled
vehicle fails to start, stop and wait for 1 minute. This prevents damage to
your power pack and to your vehicle’s system from overheating.
No lubrication is recommended or required.
Avoid storing in direct sunlight, in extreme heat or cold, or very moist
areas.
