It must be ensured that, in each and every installation position, the
motors are not subjected to ambient conditions outside of the particularly
applicable degree of protection according to IEC 34-7.
Products and ranges with a low degree of protection are not
suited for cleaning procedures with high pressure, vapor or water jet.
Selecting the Degree of Protection
The degree of protection must be selected depending on the installation
position and the field of application.
The table below supports you in selecting the degree of protection
required.
