To band a transmitter:
1. Insert the band through the slot on one
side of the transmitter, from top to
bottom.
2. Pull the band along the bottom of the
transmitter and insert it through the slot
on the other side of the transmitter, from
bottom to top.
3. Holding the transmitter in place, wrap
the band around the wrist or ankle of the
resident.
If a resident is prone to
cutting off the transmitter,
double up on the banding to
make cutting more difficult.
CodeWatch transmitters
should be placed on the wrist
of the resident’s dominant
hand (if right-handed, place
on the right wrist).
