2.2 ERROR CODE LIST
A035 ERROR CODE
Improper thermistor connection
This tankless water heater has three thermistors (Inlet,
Outlet and Heat exchanger thermistor)
If one or more possibly has a poor connection or not
connected in proper location, the water heater displays
the “ A035 ” error code on the Liquid Crystal Display
(LCD) on the User
Diagnostic Check
• Inlet thermistor
• Outlet thermistor
• Heat exchanger thermistor
ERROR CODE DIAGNOSTICS
Turn Power OFF
Remove & reinsert connector "I"
Unit has a loose connection.
Thermistors appear to be OK.
Unit has a loose connection.
Thermistors appear to be OK.
Remove and reinsert each thermistor
molexes connector. The color of each
molexes are below:
Inlet thermistor: White
Outlet thermistor: Black
Heat exchanger thermistor: Yellow
Exhaust Thermistor: Red/Black
Test ALL thermistor.
