Caution: Please read through the instructions carefully. Installer is responsible
for damage if instructions are not followed properly. Look behind each drill or
cut location BEFORE YOU DRILL OR CUT. Installer is responsible for damage
(i.e. drilling/cutting into a wiring harness, battery, fuel tank etc.). Extra installers
will be helpful in some parts of the installation. Refer to vehicle’s maintenance
manual for torqueing specifications on reused hardware.

Tools Needed For Installation

Installation Preparation

Vehicle Safety and Power Down

Engage parking brake, turn key off, and place electric carts in tow mode.

Remove Top and Seat Components

Remove the vehicle's top, front seat back cushion, and rear struts.

Rear Seat Kit Installation

Install Seat Back Support Boots

Slide original boots onto the new seat back support brackets.

Mount Front Seat Back Support Brackets

Install new front seat back support brackets in place of original ones.

Reinstall Access Panel

Reattach the access panel using the original hardware.

Drill Bagwell Area Holes

Use a 5/16" drill bit to enlarge the rear-most holes in the bagwell area.

Fasten Vertical Support Bracket

Loosely attach the vertical support bracket to the bagwell using M8 hardware.

Insert Arm Rest Mounting Nuts

Insert M6 square nuts into the lower sections of the arm rests.

Attach Arm Rests to Platform

Connect arm rests to the seat platform using M6 bolts and flat washers.

Position Platform Assembly

Place the platform sub-assembly onto the seat back supports and vertical support bracket.

Fasten Platform to Seat Supports

Secure the platform to the seat back supports using M6 hardware.

Fasten Platform to Vertical Bracket

Attach the platform to the vertical support bracket using M8 hardware.

Fasten Footplate to Vertical Bracket

Loosely attach the footplate to the vertical support bracket using M8 hardware.

Secure Footplate with Pins

Use clevis pins and cotter pins to secure the footplate to the vertical support bracket.

Attach Safety Grab Bar

Secure the safety grab bar to the footplate using clevis pins and M6 bolts.

Install Front Seat Back

Mount the front seat back onto the new seat back brackets using original hardware.

Fasten Rear Seat Back Cushion

Loosely attach the rear seat back cushion using M6 bolts, lock washers, and flat washers.

Reinstall OE Top and Struts

If applicable, install the OE top and struts to the seat back supports.

Install Optional Weather Seal

Adhere the weather seal to the designated area on the seat platform.

Mount Seat Bottom Cushion

Align and slide the seat bottom cushion onto the platform's locking tabs.

Secure Seat Bottom Cushion

Fasten the seat bottom using the handle and sheet metal screws.

Final Hardware Tightening

Tighten all previously installed loose hardware to complete the installation.
