If you're not getting an image on the 3G-SDI or HDMI HD / 4K output of your Richard Wolf Controller, here's what to check: * **Video Cable:** Ensure the video cable is properly connected between the camera output and the monitor. * **Power Supply:** If there's no power, connect a different video interface or an interface with a different video standard to the monitor and use this signal connection for image display if necessary. * **Monitor Settings:** Verify that your LCD monitor is set to display the correct digital video format in the camera controller's setup. * **Defective Device:** If all else fails, the camera head or controller may be defective. Return the device with camera head for repair.
