Searching for Files
You can search for desired files from
the stored files, using the user name
or file name as a key.
Searching by user name
A
On the list of displayed files,
press [Search by User Name].
The User Name Search screen ap-
pears.
B
Select the user name to be used
for the search.
The user names shown here are
names that were programmed in
System Settings under the Admin-
istrator tab. To enter user name not
shown here, press [Non-programmed
Name], and then enter the name.
C
Press [OK].
The search starts, and files whose
user name starts with the entered
string are displayed.
Searching by file name
A
On the list of displayed files,
press [Search by File Name].
The File Name Search screen ap-
pears.
B
Enter the file name to search for.
