Displaying a Print Job List
A list of files stored in the machine can be viewed on the display panel.
A Press the {Printer} key.
The Printer screen appears.
B Press [Print Jobs].
Either the Complete List or List Per User ID screen appears, depending on the
[Initial Print Job List] setting in [System] of [Printer Features]. For details, see p.82
“Selecting the Initial Print Job List”.
❖ Complete List
If you select [Complete List] from [Initial Print Job List] (see p.82 “Selecting the
Initial Print Job List”), the following screen appears:
1. [Complete List]
Displays all files stored in the ma-
chine.
2. [Locked Print Job List]
Displays only Locked Print files
stored in the machine. See p.89
“Locked Print”.
