About User Authentication
This machine has an authentication function to prevent unauthorized access.
By using login user name and login password, you can specify access limits for
individual users and groups of users.
1. User
A user performs normal operations on
the machine, such as copying and print-
ing.

A group performs normal operations on
the machine, such as copying and print-
ing.

Using a login user name and password,
user authentication is performed.
