4. Remove the controller box cover [A] ( x18).
5. Insert the edge connector of the interface PCB [B] into the controller board.
• If the scanner unit will be installed, you must also install Memory Unit Type 7140 (D444) [C].
Do this now while the controller box cover is off.
6. Reattach the controller box cover and faceplate.
7. Reattach all slot covers (or reinstall any boards, including the file format converter board).
