Turn on the main switch.

Make sure that the Wait indicator goes off, and then Ready and the Set Pa-
per indicator go on.
Make sure that the Bypass Tray is selected.

Select any copy settings you require, such as the media type or copy densi-
ty.

Set the paper guide to match the width of the paper.
