(1) Make sure the printer is not
set to wait for OHP to dry.
Check the spooling operation on the PC.
The PC may not be sending the data.
Switch printer power off/on Send the acquired information to the repair depot
for analysis.

Cancel the print job on the PC then
reboot.

following.
- USB cable disconnected.

Tray 1
When feeding from Tray 1, even
after paper feeds to the
prescribed position, paper does
not arrive at the trailing edge
sensor. Determine whether there
is no paper, or the paper has not
fed.
- Paper out
- Paper slippage (non-feed)
- Tray set incorrectly.
- Load the paper cassette.
- Replace the paper.
- Open and close the paper cassette.
- Remove paper stack and load it again.
- After removing the jam, press the
[Paper Feed] button on the printer.
- Load the paper cassette.
- Replace the paper.
- Open and close the paper cassette.
- Remove paper stack and load it again.
- After removing the jam, press the [Paper Feed]
button on the printer.

Tray 2
When feeding from Tray 2, even
after paper feeds to the
prescribed position, paper does
not arrive at the trailing edge
sensor. Determine whether there
is no paper, or the paper has not
fed.
- Paper out
- Paper slippage (non-feed)
- Tray set incorrectly.
- Rear cover of Tray 2 is open.
- Load paper in Tray 2.
- Replace the paper.
- Open and close Tray 2.
(1) If Tray 2 has paper loaded
- Remove paper stack and load it again.
(2) When there is no paper in Tray 2
- Open the rear cover of Tray 2 and
remove paper jam.
- After removing the jam, press the
[Paper Feed] button on the printer.
- Load paper in Tray 2.
- Replace the paper.
- Open and close Tray 2.
(1) If Tray 2 has paper loaded
- Remove paper stack and load it again.
(2) When there is no paper in Tray 2
- Open the rear cover of Tray 2 and remove paper
jam.
- After removing the jam, press the [Paper Feed]
button on the printer.
