7. While holding down the center of the media, pull the media straight out to
the media output location.
8. While holding down the center of the media, lower the media holding lever
(front). The pinch rollers lower and the media is fixed.

9. Move the left and right media guides to match the media width.

10. Close the center cover.
When cutting torn media, press [Feed] to roll up the printing surface of the
media completely before cutting.
11. Perform [Nozzle Cleaning: High].
• If ink adheres on the internal components of the machine while removing
jammed media, the back side of media may get dirty. If the back side of media
gets dirty after the jammed media is removed, clean the platen. For details about
