before using the device.
Basic Operations
Starting a web meeting:
Connect a USB cable from the power
outlet to the device.
Check that the power indicator on the device turns
on, and then connect a USB cable between this
device and a computer.
Start the web meeting application on the
computer.
• On the screen of the web meeting
application, confirm that video
from the camera of this device is
displayed.
Ending a web meeting:
Close the web meeting application.
Press .
• The device will go on standby.
Disconnect the USB cables from the device.
Functions Available During Meetings
The Microphone Mute indicators turn on when the
microphones are muted. Press the button to unmute.
Microphone Mute Volume Control
To adjust the volume, use the [+] and [-] buttons
located at the lower part of the device.
Configuring the Settings
Start RICOH Meeting 360 Apps on the
computer.
To configure the settings, download RICOH Meeting 360 Apps from the RICOH website and install it on your computer beforehand. For details, see Operating Instructions.
Click [Device Settings], and then configure the device.
• For details about device settings, see Operating Instructions.
• This device has two USB ports. Either port
can be used to connect the USB cable.
• It takes about 20 seconds for the device to
completely start up after the USB cable is
connected.
• If the USB cable is already connected
between the device and the power outlet
and the device is on standby, press
.
Connect a USB cable from the power
outlet to the device.
Check that the power indicator on the device turns
on, and then connect a USB cable between this
device and a computer.
Screen Layout Switching
Press the button to change the layout of the screen
image from the camera.
• You can use the device simply by
connecting it to a computer without
connecting it to a power outlet. If you
connect the device to a laptop, but the
laptop does not supply enough power to
use the device, you may need to connect
the device to a power outlet.
