Major Cause
 Cover horizontal registration sensor (S) connector loose, damaged, or defective
 Sensor defective
 Slave control board defective
Solution
 Reconnect the connector.
 Replace the cover horizontal registration sensor (S).
 Replace the slave control board.
 Replace the sensor harness.
