stacking tray overflow sensor went ON and the stacking tray lift motor had operated for 40 mm of lift.
Major Cause
 Paper detect sensor (rear) defective
 Stacking tray lift motor defective
Solution
 Reconnect the connector.
 Replace the stacking tray lift motor.
 Replace the paper detect sensor (rear).
 Replace the master control board.
 Replace the motor harness.
 Replace the sensor harness.
