 Replace the blade cradle motor.
 Remove the blade cradle HP sensor.
 Replace the cutter control board.
 Replace the motor harness.
 Replace the sensor harness.
After the repairs, cancel the low performance mode, and then turn the power off/on.

elapsed for 21 mm of movement.
Major Cause
 Blade cradle motor connector loose, broken, defective
 Motor defective
 Blade cradle HP sensor connector loose, broken, defective
 Sensor defective
 Blade cradle or cutter physically jammed
Solution
 Reconnect the connector.
 Replace the blade cradle motor.
 Replace the blade cradle HP sensor.
 Replace the cutter control board.
 Replace the motor harness.
 Replace the sensor harness.
 Clear the Blade cradle or cutter physically jammed
After the repairs, cancel the low performance mode, and then turn the power off/on.
