Solution
 Reconnect the connector.
 Replace the upper tray lift motor.
 Replace the upper tray PICK sensor
 Replace the inserter control board.
 Replace the motor harness.
 Replace the sensor harness.
After the repairs, cancel the low performance mode, and then turn the power off/on.

 Reconnect the connector.
 Replace the lower tray lift motor.
 Replace the upper tray low limit sensor
 Replace the inserter control board.
 Replace the motor harness.
 Replace the sensor harness.
After the repairs, cancel the low performance mode, and then turn the power off/on.
