Error Condition
A lock signal is detected (This SC is issued when the error was detected for the first time).
Major Cause
ï‚· Power of downstream unit is not turned on.
ï‚· Shift tray exit fan motor is defective.
ï‚· Shift tray exit fan motor is disconnected.
ï‚· Shift tray exit fan motor is overloaded.
Solution
1. Reconnect the connector CN502 on the controller board again, and then turn the main power OFF
then ON to check if the SC occurs. (Be careful not to bend the pins of the connector when you set
it.)
2. Replace the harness of the shift tray exit fan.
3. Replace the controller board.
4. Replace the shift tray exit fans (M19, M20, M21, M22).

Communication error between stacker and downstream device is detected.
Major Cause
ï‚· Power of downstream unit is not turned on.
ï‚· Power cord is disconnected, or damaged.
ï‚· Interface cable (downstream device) is disconnected, or damaged.
ï‚· Downstream device board is defective.
ï‚· Control board is defective.
Solution
1. Turn the power off and on to check the SC occurs again.
2. Reconnect the downstream power cord.
