24V line not grounded properly
Solution
In addition to checking for sensor/actuator defect by eye, also execute Input/Output Check as
necessary.
1. Reconnect the connector on the harness between the PSU and PCB on LCT2.
2. Replace the harness.
3. Replace the PCB.
4. Replace the PSU.

Solution
