This may occur when the paper roller (bypass tray) is soiled with paper dust.
This may be solved by wiping the roller with a damp cloth.
Fan the paper, especially thick and coated paper, before loading it. If this
occurs frequently, load the sheets one by one.
J030
This may occur when printing on smooth, thick paper.
If this occurs frequently, load paper in the bypass tray or large capacity tray
and try printing on each side of the paper one sheet at a time or try feeding the
paper in a different orientation.
J058/J095/J099
This may occur when using thick paper or paper whose sheets tend to stick to
each other.Fan the paper well before loading it.
J096
This may occur when printing on stiff paper.
If the paper is fed in the grain direction, load the paper so that it will be fed in
the cross-grain direction.
J098
This may occur if the paper tray setting does not match the loaded paper.
Check whether the paper thickness of the paper tray setting matches the loaded
paper.
