7. Slide up the lock lever to lock the new ink cartridge.
Wait until the ink indicator turns off and the message disappears.
• When printing is interrupted, the confirmation screen will be displayed after replacing the
cartridges. Press [Resume] to restart printing. However, the quality of the print cannot be
guaranteed.
Replacing a Cleaning Cartridge
Replace the cleaning cartridge when the following message appears on the display panel:
"The cleaning cartridge is depleted. Replace the cleaning cartridge."
When the following message appears on the display panel, the cleaning cartridge should be replaced
soon. Prepare a new cleaning cartridge.
"The cleaning cartridge has almost finished. Prepare a cleaning cartridge."
