2. Agitate the ink cartridge.
• Hold the white ink cartridge as shown below.
• Hold the white ink cartridge with the ink supply port face up.
• Shake the ink cartridge at 45° to the left and right (see figure below).
• Shake the cartridge for 50 seconds at a speed of 2 back-and-forth shakes per second (=
100 times of agitation).
*When opening a new ink cartridge, or if the ink cartridge has been stored for a
long time, please reagitate for at least 100 seconds (= 200 times of agitation).
3. After agitating the ink, wipe off any ink stains on the ink supply port.
6. Operating Conditions: Relative humidity
The operating conditions(humidity) of the printer when using Type G2 White ink is as follows in
the table below.

7. Resetting the waste ink bottle
When replacing the Type G2 White Ink, the Waste Ink Bottle may become full. Therefore, before
replacing the Type G2 White Ink, transfer the waste ink in the waste ink bottle to another
container for disposal and press [Reset Waste Ink] to empty the waste ink bottle.
