General
Printer Status Operation Key Steps
Power off Power on
Press and hold power key for 0.5
second or longer.
Power off Factory Reset
Open the cover, press and hold the
power key for 10 seconds or longer.
(Power indicator is orange.)
Standby Power off
Press and hold the power key for
6 seconds or longer until all the
indicators are off. Then release
the key to power off the printer.
(Power off is a mandatory opera-
tion and can be performed in any
status.)
Standby Print a Conguration Page
Press the power key three times
within 1.5 seconds.
Task in Progress/Printing Cancel the task
Press and hold power key for one
second or longer.
Sleep Wake up
Press any button or disconnect
and reconnect the USB cable.
Paper Jam Clear jam
Follow the steps of clearing jams
in “9. Troubleshooting”.
Out of Paper Continue printing
Load paper and click the power
key once.
Pending to print the reverse
side in the manual duplex
mode
Continue printing Press the power key once.
