Use this page to enter administrative information related to the network.
To display or configure a setting, select it in the list.
The following menus are available in the list.

Alert 1/Alert 2
v Display Name
Enter the name to display for the alert message, using up to 32 alphanumeric
characters.
v E-mail Address
Enter the e-mail address to which the alert messages will be sent, using up to
64 alphanumeric characters.
v Paper Jam
Select this check box to send an alert message to the specified e-mail address
when a paper jam occurs.
v Print Cartridge Near Empty
Select this check box to send an alert message to the specified e-mail address
when a print cartridge is nearly empty.
v Print Cartridge Empty
Select this check box to send an alert message to the specified e-mail address
when a print cartridge is completely empty and needs immediate replace-
ment.
v No Paper
Select this check box to send an alert message to the specified e-mail address
when the paper has run out.
v Service Required
Select this check box to send an alert message to the specified e-mail address
when the printer requires servicing.
v Cover Open
Select the check box to send an alert message to the specified e-mail address
when the printer cover is open.
