IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
• Never install this or any other vehicle accessory on or near air-bags.
• To protect against electrical hazards, do not immerse cord, plug, or unit in water or other liquid.
• Close supervision is necessary when used by or near children.
• Unplug unit when not in use.
• Do not operate if cord is damaged. Inspect cord regularly.
• Do not use unit for applications other than its intended use.
• Never wrap cord around unit as this may damage cord.
• Never use AC current to power this unit.
• Use only when vehicle is running to avoid draining battery.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Unscrew the clip clamp. (Fig. 1)
2. Find a suitable place to install the fan. Be sure the
fan can oscillate. Never install this or any other vehicle
accessory on or near air-bags.
3. Drill two holes about 3 mm in diameter opposite the
holes in the foot-plate. (Foot-plate and screws included.)
4. Secure the foot-plate with the tapping screws. Insert the
cushion between the plate and mounting surface. Secure
unit by tightening screws. (Fig. 2)
