4.7. Install the tail strut, then lock the rod in place with glue and the set screw. All adjustments can be
done afterwards on the other end of the rods.
4.8. Install the prepared levers, shafts and retaining rings as shown. Do not tighten the screws prior to
making sure the whole retract assembly is adjusted properly. The carbon shafts and plastic threads
wear out quickly when overtightened. We recommend, once properly setup, to secure the parts with
epoxy glue once all is properly installed. There is nothing more dangerous than trying to land with a
wheel in.
