10.4 List of Errors
When an Error message occurs, the pump has detected a more severe problem and will be in STOP mode. If you cannot resolve the
problem at the first attempt and the Error keeps recurring, contact your local pump support (see inside back cover) for advice and
change to alternative insulin therapy if necessary.

E6 Mechanical error:
The mechanical system of the pump does not work properly.
Change the battery and the cartridge.
E7 Electronic error:
When this message occurs, change the battery. If the message
still occurs, you cannot resolve the problem yourself. Call your
local pump support (see inside back cover) for advice. Change
to an alternative insulin therapy.
E10 Rewind error:
The piston rod has not rewound correctly during the cartridge
insertion. Change the battery and repeat the cartridge change.
