Defining the Parameters in the Software
To create the order
In the Overview tab click . The Orders sub-tab opens.
Above the Test Parameter area, select Purification from the order type list.
Select the Cellular RNA LV kit from the MagNA Pure Kit Name list. The Purification Protocol list is dis-
played.
Select the Cellular RNA LV protocol from the Protocol list. Additional options are displayed.
In the Volume group, select 200 in the Sample list.
In the Volume group, select 100 in the Elution list.
Select MP96 Output Plate from the Target Plate list.
Specify the sample data in the sample table with the names and positions of all samples placed in the
source plate. You can:
Enter new sample names from scratch.
Scan the barcodes of sample tubes with the handheld barcode scanner.
Load an existing sample template and modify the sample data if necessary.
In the local tool bar the button is enabled.
After entering the parameters and the samples, the Order sub-tab is displayed as follows:
Click the button. The Save Order dialog box opens.
Enter the file name of the order.
Click Save. The dialog box closes and the order file is saved in the database. The button is en-
abled.
