3.3 End of a Run
The duration of a purification run depends on the selected purification protocol but, is independent of
the number of samples processed. Depending on the protocol and sample material selected, the duration
of a purification run can vary:
 DNA and Viral NA Small Volume Kit: about 50 minutes.
 DNA and Viral NA Large Volume Kit: about 80 minutes.
 Cellular RNA Small Volume Kit: about 60 minutes.
 Cellular RNA Large Volume Kit: about 90 minutes.
A message box notifies you that the run has finished.
Accept the message with OK.TheOverview tab is displayed.
