Urinalysis system A system consisting of an
analyzer and reagents (test strips), designed for the
chemical analysis of urine samples.
Urine analytes The constituents in the urine
sample whose concentrations are to be determined.
URISYS 2400 cassette An innovative cassette
manufactured by Roche Diagnostics for the most
convenient loading of test strips onto the
URISYS 2400 analyzer, supporting its fully
automated operations.
User interface screen See Touch screen.
Water supply tank This tank is located externally
and supplies deionized water to the analyzer. It has a
maximum capacity of 5 liters (5.3 quarts). This is
enough to process approximately 1000 samples.
