• Apply the Weight Stack Number Labels
[36] on the front of the Weight Stack Plates,
approximately 3.5” from the edge of plates.
• Attach key ring on Selector Pin Lanyard
[23] to front hole on pulley plate of the
Weight Stack Stem [21]. Do not insert pin
into Weight Stack Plate yet.
• Attach Single Handle Attachments [44] to
Swivel Trolleys using included Carabiners.
• Attach Lat Bar [42] to Lat Pull down
clevis attachment point.
• Re-insert the Footplate into Low Row
Footplate Assembly [17] and attach Stan-
dard Grip Triangle [43] to clevis.
