SYSTem:KLOCk <Enable>
Locks or unlocks the local controls of the instrument. This includes the front panel
keys, the keyboard, or other local interfaces.
<Enable> ON: Local key locked (key lock enabled)
OFF: Local keys unlocked

Lock the local keys.
