State
Generator state, signaling generator state or measurement state, see Generator Con-
trol, Measurement Control and Control of the Cell State.
Reliability
The reliability indicator describes the validity of measurement results and the possible
source of inaccuracies or errors. A 0 indicates that no error has been detected. If several
errors occur simultaneously, the reliability indicator refers to the most severe error.
For running measurements the reliability indicator describes the current situation (current
errors). For measurements in state "RDY" the reliability indicator describes the situation
at the end of the measurement.
