The DEFINE SCAN softkey USE SCAN TABLE opens a
submenu where existing scan tables can be edited or new
ones created. Tables with the current scan settings are
displayed.
IEC/IEEE-bus command --
In the SCAN TABLE the parameters for the individual
subranges can be set.

Step Mode step mode ( linear or logarithmic
