POWER
OFFSET
The POWER OFFSET softkey activates the entry of a constant level offset
of the generator. With this offset, attenuator pads or amplifiers connected to
the output connector of the generator can be handled during the input and
output of output levels.
The permissible setting range is -200 dB to +200 dB in steps of 0.1 dB.
Positive offsets handle a subsequent amplifier and negative offsets an
attenuator pad.
The default setting is 0 dB; offsets <> 0 are marked by the activated
enhancement label LVL.
