FSK rate
Sets the frequency at which signal switches between "Frequency 1" and "Frequency
2".

15.1.3 Sweep settings
Sweep is available only for sine waveforms.
Access: "Gen" signal activator > "Gen1" or "Gen2" > "Setup" tab > "Function type" =
"Sine" > "Sweep".
In the sweep mode, the MXO 4 generates a signal whose frequency gradually changes
from the "Start frequency" to the "Stop frequency" for a certain "Sweep time".

Sweep state
Enables or disables the sweeping.

Sweep type
Sets the type of the sweep, a linear or logarithmic change of the frequency.
