PROBe<ch>:SETup:OFFSet:AZERo
Measures the zero error. Short the signal pin and the ground pin together and connect
them to the ground of the DUT before sending the command.

Includes the AutoZero offset in measurement results. The AutoZero error is detected
with PROBe<ch>:SETup:OFFSet:AZERo.

Example:

Queries the name of the probe.
