parameter FREQ2. This is provided to suppress interfering low-frequency mixture products from signal
c
omponents and the sampling frequency.
The query yields
1 for FREQ1,
2 for FREQ2.
Default setting: FREQ1
SENSe:SGAMma:CORRection:STATe[?] OFF | ON
SENSe:SGAMma:CORRection:STATe ON initiates the use of the complex reflection coefficient J
source
of the signal source defined with SENSe:SGAMma:MAGNitude and SENSe:SGAMma:PHASe for the
correction of interactions between the power sensor and the signal source. This makes it possible to
determine the power P delivered by the signal source with considerably greater accuracy.
The complex reflection coefficient J
s
ensor
of the sensor, which is also required for the correction, is
prestored in the calibration data memory for a large number of frequencies.
Fig. 6-2 Correction of interactions between the power sensor and the signal source
If the gamma correction is made in connection with an s-parameter correction (setting
SENSe:CORRection:SPDevice:STATe ON), the interaction of the signal source with the s-parameter
device on the one hand and the input of the power sensor on the other hand (depending on the
magnitude of the term | s
12
s
21
|) is corrected. The interaction between the complex reflection coefficient
J
sensor
of the power sensor and the parameter s
22
is always taken into account when the s-parameter
correction is activated – independent of the gamma correction in connection with the signal source.

parameter device
