Sets the frequency offset f
FREQ:OFFSet
of a downstream instrument.
The parameters offset f
FREQ:OFFSer
and multiplier N
FREQ:MULT
affect the frequency value
set with the command FREQ.
The query FREQ? returns the value corresponding to the formula:
