Defines the number of sweeps you want to execute.
This parameter applies to [:SOURce<hw>]:SWEep:COMBined:MODE > SINGle. To
start the sweep signal generation, use the command [:SOURce<hw>]:SWEep:
COMBined:EXECute on page 1215.
