ILIMit
Inside (within) limit; between the upper and lower limit values
ULIMit
Upper limit; above the upper limit value

MEASurement<m>:HISTogram:LCHeck<n>:UPPer:LIMit <UpperLimit>
Define the lower and upper limits for the limit check, respectively. The valid range is
defined using the MEASurement<m>:HISTogram:LCHeck<n>:VALid command.

MEASurement<m>:HISTogram:LCHeck<n>:UPPer:MARGin <UpperMargin>
Define the lower and upper margins for the limit check, respectively. Margins are not as
strict as limits and must be within the valid value range. The valid range is defined
using the MEASurement<m>:HISTogram:LCHeck<n>:VALid command.
