329User Manual 1326.1032.02 ─ 20
Y user position 1, Y user position 2
Defines the position of the horizontal cursor lines. The setting corresponds to the V1
and V2 values in the "Cursor Results" box.
If "Track waveform" is enabled, the user setting is disabled and the measurement
results are displayed in the "Cursor Results" box.
Remote command:
CURSor<m>:Y1Position on page 1242
CURSor<m>:Y2Position on page 1243
Track waveform
The horizontal cursors track the waveform. The first cursor line indicates the current
vertical minimum, and the second cursor line indicates the maximum. If the waveform
changes, e.g. during a running measurement, the cursors move along with it. If both
horizontal and vertical cursors are displayed, the horizontal cursors are positioned to
the crossing points of the vertical cursors with the waveform. The measurement results
are displayed in the "Cursor Results" box.
Tracking disables the Y-coupling (coupling horizontal cursor lines) and the Y user posi-
tion settings.
Remote command:
CURSor<m>:TRACking[:STATe] on page 1241
Coupling (2 follows 1)
Couple the horizontal and vertical cursor lines so that the distance between the two
lines remains the same if one cursor is moved.
Remote command:
CURSor<m>:YCOupling on page 1243
CURSor<m>:XCOupling on page 1242
Envelope wfm selection 1|2
Envelope selection is effective under the following conditions:
The waveform arithmetic of the cursor source waveform is set to envelope wave-
form (see "Arithmetic" on page 182)
"Track waveform" is enabled.
Both horizontal and vertical cursors are enabled ("Type" = Both).
The setting defines which horizontal cursor is positioned to the maximum and which to
the minimum envelope values.
"Minimum"
The horizontal cursor is set to the crossing point of the vertical cursor
with the minimum waveform envelope.
"Maximum"
The horizontal cursor is set to the crossing point of the vertical cursor
with the maximum waveform envelope.
Remote command:
CURSor<m>:X1ENvelope on page 1243
CURSor<m>:X2ENvelope on page 1244
