All Ethernet-over-twisted-pair technologies use wires with four twisted pairs of cables
(and 8P8C connectors), but 10BASE-T and 100BASE-TX only require two pairs of
wires.

13.11.2.1 Ethernet configuration settings
Access: [PROTOCOL] >"Decode" tab > "Protocol" = Ethernet
Make sure that the tab of the correct serial bus is selected.

Protocol
Defines the protocol type of the selected serial bus.
Remote command:
BUS<m>:TYPE on page 1420
Decode
Enables the decoding of the selected bus. The signal icon of the bus appears on the
signal bar.
Remote command:
BUS<m>[:STATe] on page 1420
Ethernet Variant
Defines the Ethernet protocol variant and transmission speed.
